If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to the gallery within ten (10) days from the date that the work is received. You must contact the gallery for a return authorization number or it will not be accepted. The item should be accompanied by the sales receipt, repackaged carefully in the same manner as it was sent and in its original packaging. Items received damaged due to inadequate packaging will not receive a refund. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
If anything in your package arrives broken, please do the following;
We will make the insurance claim for you and do everything we can to replace your merchandise as quickly as possible. It may be necessary for an inspection of the package by the shipper before a claim can be settled.
